I've had absolutely no issue with 21 casino. Played last night. Won a total of 650 and I've just had my payment withdrawn to my account! Very happy . After reading review I was skeptical buy I will continue to use their account. I stared with 15 pounds and withdrew 650.

This casino will not pay you what you win.I won a small amount which was 20.00 less than I had deposited, email after email,live chat to a bot ,this carried on for over a week.I finally have up and told them to keep it.Do not use this sight,they have no problem taking your money but if you win that's a huge problem for them .Go elsewhere .

I turned £300 into £18k and went to withdraw it and got refused do not gamble with this site they will take your money even if you “win” my account has been manually adjusted so all my winning have magically disappeared

do not use this company!! Took my money for months and then when it came to a whidrawl they asked me to verify all the payment cards ever registered on my account. Some from over 4 years ago that no longer exist!! One the bank account is closed. They want me to go into a branch and get a stamped letter but can't tell me who the card is with when i have multiple bank accounts! I only use online accounts so all of their requests are impossible. They are hating that i have won over 7k from them and are now basically stealing my winnings as I can't verify old cards that no longer exist. Do not spend a penny with this company they are based outwith the UK and make up the rules.

This is the worst gambling company I’ve ever dealt with, I’ve been waiting 11 days for my money to be withdrawn and still nothing, like the feedback below, there is no direct phone number to speak with a human. I’ve been on live chat over 20 times and it’s bots but they say it’s not. I’ve sent over 50 emails. Long story short, I deposited £1000 of my own money, they won’t let me play and they won’t let me withdraw. I’m assuming this site is not legit and I’ve been conned out of £1k?! I’ve spoke to Callie who said she was a manager, but maybe another bot? Callie and the other 8 people I’ve dealt with are all the same, either cut me off or feed me full of bs rubbish… what can we do to try and get our money back?

48+ hours I've been waiting for my first withdrawal. They'll happily take your money, but my pending withdrawal just disappeared. Nobody contacted me but I managed to wangle out of live chat after a lot of automated bot replies that MY payment method didn't accept it. I said that's impossible because it's a debit card. Someone from payment team will be in touch. Nobody has been in touch. I've saved all the chat transcript including the one which stated I was owed £430 and I am sending emails like Stewie Griffin, where the f my money!

I have now been waiting 72+ hours to be told they need my bank statement which I sent and they have now advised me it can take another 72+ hours to review the documents, business days only. Convenient they told me this on a Friday even though I withdrew Tuesday! There is no telephone support - I have told them to effin phone me many times, but the bot says "We do not offer telephonic support"

Keep all documentation from them because they will try and scam you out of it. They need to be reported, but unfortunately for them, I am not a Karen - I am a Stewie and want my money.

It's been a week...Still waiting. I'm constantly emailing and talking to Live Chat, there is absolutely no communication from them unless you harass them. They even put a hold on my account but I shall keep fighting for my money!

Game malfunctioned and would not even consider looking into it for only $30. Will be using another aite, scammers

They are offering a wide range of games, and several payments method. Their website design is great and they have sometimes nice promos.

However, their withdrawals processing is very very long compared to many other gambling websites. All withdrawals are pending during 48 hours, which we can be tempted to reverse, play and lose our winnings.
Nowadays, a lot of casinos process the withdrawals within the same day, and some, within an hour or 2.

I am aware that they have some security checks to do, but thousands online casinos do it within few hours.

Finally, I wasn’t aware that some documents were required. I never received emails about that. I knew it when I was on their LiveChat support about the withdrawal. If I hadn’t been to their live support, I would have waited several additional days.

For this reason, I’m obliged to put 2 stars until they improve their withdrawals system AND the communication with their customers. Then, I undertake to positively change my review.

Can't get money out 2 weeks unable to withdraw funds keeps failing contacted them they say they are refunding but keeps failing

Scam Alert, made 3 deposits of £100 the second I won and was up about £600 they literally stopped my game in mid process minutes after I won and said account suspended as they didn't think I could afford what I was depositing but were happy to take the deposits but when you get in a positive balance they block your account. The live chat fob you off with same excuses. Have reported the to Skrill as my payment method and the gambling commission avoid these at all costs

Worst ever site no wins at all gunna close account.

Good games, winning rate very good, but in the end all that comes to a end if you win and want to withdraw your money, you just cant get your winnings out of this online casino.. they take your money without question, but paying out they want, photos front and back of your credit card, bank statements, all your ids, utility bills with address on it, more personal information than you need to get a passport or something, even if you send them all of this, they decline it, over silly reasons.. online support is only there for trouble putting money in, or game issues, they cut you off if you talk about pay outs, they just give you a link... then your back to where you were before, by far worst online casino ive ever come across for paying out money.

My favourite casino. Best regular pay outs I've found and they offer different choice of games then many other casinos. I highly recommend!

After sending all my documents it took days before completion of verification.After rejections of my documents and resending they told me i am ready to withdraw.when i wanted to withdraw they rejected and delayed it again.after that they accused me of possible fraud and i have to take selfie with my ID😵‍💫.

I have deposited a few times but have won over 4000 on this site. I've withdrawn 1900 today so far, I am very very happy with the win. I will come back and comment if the negative reviews I've seen are true. As so far I am impressed.
