Absolutely ridiculous. Only ever used them for ONE POUND EACH WAY bets, never even made a profit but they decided to decline all my bets

Huge time wasters.

They take all your details like phone, name, multiple IDs (that they then resell to the highest buyers); and all the while no ability to log in.

Taking everything without giving anything in return. The perfect definition of greed.

I have enjoyed roulette for 20 years now and I still enjoy it.

Unfortunately as soon as I used a VPN to protect my security online my account was quickly closed. If you plan on using a VPN/VPS don't use this company.

Good customer service

Do not gamble with this company. You could win money and find yourself in the same situation as me where they have frozen my funds and threatening to close my account unless i send them intrusive documents.
When challenged, this is the the reply email I received from a completely random email address.
“Here at 21.co. uk , we believe in being a responsible operator. As part of our commitment ensuring that the site is free of crime and players are protected from coming to harm, we may ask you for a bit more information above and beyond our regular identity checks. We call this a source of income check.”
They want a photo of my driver’s license, a photo of my debit card and photo of my bank statements, utility bill or wage slip. I sent both drivers license and wage slip but both were “rejected.” Bearing in mind, i have been giving them my money for several years. I only signed up to have a laugh with the tv roulette.
I’am just your average Joe. Never won or lost anything too much but randomly get treated like this. No other betting website has ever done this. Really not worth the hassle

The way they work is they drag you in to a false sense of lies by playing a game on the TV looking like the board is so transparent. You play on TV waiting to sign up and win every spin. Real cleaver. When you sign up, deposit Money. You don't get to the TV. All you get is boards that drain your account. Avoid like the plage ots a scam

This site is disgraceful, I made £3250 withdrawal 2 days ago its still in pending stage, absalute scammers playing with peoples funds when it suits them they might pay out, STAY WELL CLEAR!!!

Absolutely terrible withdrawal time frames, 5 days and not even an aknowledgement yet

I submitted a withdrawal request and received an email asking for various documents.

This is standard silliness from online bookmakers but especially daft in this case as I had already had my account verified by 21.co.uk in March 2018.

In any case, I replied immediately on 28th March 2021 with the documents. Then I waited... and waited... and waited...

Chased 31/03/2021, chased 01/04/2021, chased 03/04/2021.

Finally got a reply on 06/04/2021 with a question "the address on your proof of address does not match that of your account"

Replied on 06/04/2021 - "I moved house" - what other reason were they expecting?

Chased again 07/04/2021. I also logged in on this day to find my initial withdrawal had been cancelled and the money was back in my 21.co.uk account.

Chased 13/04/2021 asking for phone number for the complaints department.

Chased on live chat on 13/04/2021 where the woman attempted to use the pandemic as an excuse for the very, very poor service. That may have been the case in March 2020 but we are 13 months on now and to use the pandemic as an excuse is ridiculous.

Finally received an email about my withdrawal being approved on 14/04/2021.

21.co.uk appears to be another in a long line of gambling companies who are happy to take deposits all day long but will desperately attempt to find a way not to pay you out when you win.

My account had already been verified in March 2018 and at that point they had checked everything (I am over 18, I am who I say I am, I used my own debit card etc).

There is no reasonable explanation for demanding documents again as I have the same name, the same gender and the same date of birth. Plus I have been depositing to 21.co.uk regularly for several years.

This was either an attempt to try and confiscate the money or inexcusable stupidity.

So far my experience with 21.co.uk has been great. Altogether I've won a lot more then what I have put in which is good. Normally online casinos claw back winnings and you are normally fighting to get back your own, but no in here my winnings are infront. Yes withdrawal is a little slow but that just helps you from putting it all back in. So yes, so far great experience all round. Cheers 21.co.uk.

It's good lots of choices. Only one bad thing the withdrawal is very slow on other sites it can be done in hours.
