1win is delaying 1,50,000 INR withdrawal since 5th May (Game ID: 89143386

My Game ID is 89143386. On 5th May 2026, I requested 5 separate withdrawals of 50,000 INR each (Total 2,50,000 INR)

Today is 27th May, and it has been 22 days. My bank statement proves that only 2 transactions (totaling 1,00,000 INR) have been credited. The remaining 1,50,000 INR is completely missing.

When I raised support tickets and a complaint on AskGamblers, the support team provided old UTR details (like UTR: 612519403076) from completed transactions to close the matter.
I have already submitted my official bank statements showing the funds never arrived. I request the 1win management to look into my remaining 3 transactions and credit the pending 1,50,000 INR immediately.

I want to share my experience publicly because this situation has been extremely unfair and stressful. And after researching online, it is clear that this is not happening only to me — many users are reporting the exact same issue.

I only had ONE account on 1Win. I never used any betting software, automation tools, arbitrage system, multi-accounting, or anything suspicious.

Before my larger withdrawal request, I successfully made a smaller withdrawal which was approved immediately without any issue. This clearly shows that my account activity and verification were considered normal at that time.

However, after requesting a larger withdrawal, my account was suddenly blocked under clause 12.8 with generic accusations like:

- Multi-accounting
- Fraudulent activity
- Betting software usage
- Abuse of rules

The most concerning part is that these accusations are being made without any proper evidence, transparent investigation, or detailed explanation.

I repeatedly asked their security team to provide:

- Proof of the alleged violation
- Details of suspicious activity
- Logs or evidence supporting their accusations

But they only keep sending the same copied response again and again.

What makes this even more suspicious is that thousands of users across Trustpilot and other public forums are reporting the same pattern:

- Deposits are accepted normally
- Small withdrawals are approved quickly
- Larger withdrawals suddenly become “suspicious”
- Accounts get blocked after significant winnings
- Security team sends generic fraud accusations without proof

If so many users are facing the exact same issue, then how can all of them suddenly be involved in suspicious activity? It raises serious concerns that these may simply be false accusations used to deny or delay larger payouts.

If an account is genuinely suspicious, then both deposits and withdrawals should logically be restricted. But in many reported cases, including mine, deposits continue normally while only withdrawals become a problem after winnings.

This creates serious concerns regarding fairness, transparency, and the way the security team handles investigations. Right now, it feels like accounts are being blocked first and accused later without proper evidence.

I am now escalating this matter to the Curaçao Gaming Authority, ADR services, and consumer protection platforms.

I strongly advise users to be cautious before depositing large amounts on this platform.

I am extremely disappointed with 1win’s withdrawal system and support service. Earlier, my withdrawals were processed normally and very fast, but ever since I won a large amount, my withdrawals suddenly stopped working.

I am writing Serious a problem I am experiencing with my 1win account, specifically with a bank transfer withdrawal and the KYCID verification process. On 9 May 2026 - 02.57 PM, I requested a withdrawal of 31,170,000 IDR via bank mandiri transfer from my 1win account with ID : 362557809, but the funds have not been processed. i've been waiting for a long time.

After contacting 1win customer support about this issue, I was instructed to write email to secu****@1win.soci**. I followed this instruction and then received a reply from the verification team with a link to complete KYCID. Through that link I submitted my ID document, my driver’s license, and even my passport. Despite providing all these documents, my verification was declined without any clear explanation, and I still do not understand the reason for this rejection.

In addition to the unresolved withdrawal, now cannot even log in to my 1win account,
which prevents me from accessing my balance and seeing what is happening with my WITHDRAWAL status.

I request that my access to my 1win account be restored,
and that my withdrawal of 31,170,000 IDR Rupiah via bank mandiri transfer be processed as soon as possible.

Now I want to clarify a lot of things for example I have never used 1win prior to this time I have never used any app or bot to bet and I didn't bet arbitrary and I mostly bet on singles (single games) with lots of money rather than long tickets but I do also be long tickets (multiple games) because they are more logical that it and I know that for I to use your site means I agree to your terms and conditions but I can see here that customers are never put in mind as u have stated in the mail that even if customer were wrongly accused (which I was) can never be heard . MOREOVER it is evident even right now on Trust pilot with the amount of fake reviews which trustpilot has blocked and the amount of complaint brought here daily it's evident that bettors should stay away from this site as customers aren't treated right moreover i was blocked only when I was about to withdraw despite just recently depositing into the account like an hour prior and placing bets like 5min prior but when I wanted to withdraw I was suddenly block this is extremely suspicious and unlike any good company should behave I had even passed the KYC

- Lack of Recourse: The email states the account cannot be restored even in cases of wrongful accusation. This lack of a review process, combined with the numerous similar complaints visible on platforms like Trustpilot, is extremely concerning.

I have always operated in accordance with the terms and conditions, and I am being wrongly accused of fraud. I request a transparent review of my account and the release of my funds.
