This is my second good experience with Worldwideflights. They provide a good quality service at very reasonable prices that you cannot find enywherd else.
Mike in sales team is extremely helpful.

Fast efficient service.
Did all that was asked of them very quickly and efficiently.
Would use again.

Tina at Worldwide has been marvellous on both the occasionsame I have used the company.

Very efficient service and competitive

I have one complaint with this business, and what I have to complain about is not unique to them: They post online cheap flights that in reality are not available. This is a come-on and it is resented.

Excellent, experience, except that I'd have preferred Tina to call me Alberto instead of Sir !!!

I continuously advised the agent to update my title to Mrs and not Miss. However the ticket was still issued as Miss, the agent kept referring to me as Miss, and when later questioned again to update records, they advised that this does not make any difference. Whilst it does not make a difference to itinerary, it makes a difference to me, especially as I am travelling with my husband and don't want people referring to me as Miss. This is not good customer service since there is a reason why we have relevant titles and therefore if I have requested I am referred to correctly this should not be questioned. This made the whole process very frustrating. And I would question using worldwide again in future as a result.

Used Worldwideflights for about 5 years now. Always great service and the best prices.

I asked to make arrangements to travel to north florida (tallahassee, Panama city, or Jacksonville) and was booked to fly to Panama city, Panama. Then forced to pay an additional £250 to fix his mistake and make it to florida. The whole thing was a nightmare and took several hours to sort out...and hundreds of pounds...

Excellent Customer Service and the adviser also very informative and answered all questions thoroughly. But most importantly honestly too without the feeling of pressure. Highly Recommend and really looking forward to the holiday.
