Fantastic Customer Support
Josh at 1 Stop Pool Pros went above-and-beyond in helping me to resolve my pool pump problem. His attention to my issue was exceptional. Josh followed through with the factory rep and even tried to get me warranty support even after the warranty expired.
It would have been just as easy for him to refer me back to the factory which is probably how most other people would respond.
After reading the manual, I figured our that an extended power-off cycle would reset the computer in my pump and life is good once again!
And the company answers its phones on the first ring! Its rare to get premier phone service without hold times and the runaround. I wish that all service providers were as nice and responsive as Josh at 1 stop pool pros.
