I found this company by doing a search of an Ashley furniture sofa. The price was much cheaper than going directly through Ashley and the process was smooth all the way through. From ordering to delivery was a couple of weeks, but I was updated throughout the process. I would definitely recommend 1StopBedrooms to other people and would shop here again.

Would give a 0 if possible. My arrival date has constantly been changed. Going on a month without the furniture and no clue when it’s coming in. I’ve called in several times and they won’t allow me to cancel the order. They said they would call me back within 24 hours to follow up on the location of the pieces and they never did. Said they would give a credit and never did. They have been all lies. Don’t trust them!

Deceptive & unfair business practices wouldn’t recommend
I am formally documenting my experience with One Stop Bedrooms after more than a month of unsuccessful attempts to resolve a delivery issue involving damaged merchandise.
The furniture I received was not in new condition as advertised. It arrived visibly damaged and dirty. I documented these issues immediately upon delivery and contacted the company the same day in good faith, expecting a prompt and reasonable resolution.
Instead, I have encountered a prolonged and dismissive response process. Over the past month, there has been no meaningful accountability, no timely resolution, and no clear effort to correct the issue. What should have been a straightforward matter has been unnecessarily drawn out, leaving me with unusable furniture in my home.
This situation raises serious concerns regarding:
• Misrepresentation of product condition at the point of sale
• Lack of basic quality control prior to delivery
• Failure to properly vet or manage third-party vendors and delivery partners
• Inadequate and ineffective customer service when addressing legitimate complaints
At this point, the issue extends beyond inconvenience. Retaining a customer’s payment while delivering goods that are not as described, and then failing to remedy the situation within a reasonable timeframe, reflects a disregard for standard consumer protection expectations.
I have maintained thorough documentation of the condition of the merchandise, my initial report, and all subsequent communications. Given the lack of resolution to date, I am now pursuing formal complaints through appropriate consumer protection channels and will continue to escalate this matter until it is resolved appropriately.
It has now been over a month, and I remain in possession of damaged furniture with no resolution. This is unacceptable.
Consumers should be aware that if an issue arises with an order, resolution may be delayed, accountability may be limited, and the burden may fall entirely on the customer to pursue corrective action.
I strongly encourage potential buyers to carefully consider these factors before making a purchase.

I purchased a high end chair that was manufactured by Maitland-Smith, a well known brand. Unfortunately, the tilt feature did not work easily and my multiple attempts to reach the company's customer service department (which is apparently non-existent) failed. 1StopsBedrooms to the rescue. Azure F., the 1SB rep followed up on the case as if I were her own family. In the end MS failed her as well and I was offered a $500 refund. But I found a local chair repair service that fixed the problem and so saved myself grief and 1SB $500. The point is that the stark difference between Maitland-Smith and 1StopBedrooms is glaring. I would shop at 1SB without hesitation and highly recommend it to everyone. Their stock is impressive, the deals are exceptional and the customer service is outstanding. Special thanks to Azure F!!

Good quality at great prices!
This is the second living room set I bought from 1 stop bedrooms and im very pleased with the furniture and the customer service. I plan on purchasing 4 dressers and a dinning room table and chairs and a coffee table eventually.
