Picked up from Birmingham Airport Holiday Inn on time by Mike, who was very friendly and gave us a stress-free ride home after our holiday. Our earlier trip to Birmingham with the owner (Yan?) was equally good. Would always recommend this company and its drivers.
Hi Yan and everyone. This is now the 2nd time that I have used Ist Call Taxis. Last year, Yan picked up my elderly and wheelchair bound mother from Pershore hospital to The Vale crematorium and return for my sister's cremation. He was brilliant with mum. Due to injuring my wrist a few weeks ago I needed a taxi to and from work. Due to last year's experience, I did not hesitate to call 1st Call. For the last two weeks, I have been taken to and from work by the most pleasant and punctual drivers. The cost of the journeys was very reasonable also. I would recommend Yan and his guys to anyone. The service is fantastic.
The company made a detour of 4 miles to pick one of us up and tried to claim 11miles and £24 extra. I paid an extra £10. We paid £70 to go from Leckhampton Hill to Cleeve Hill Golf Club. The driver was awful and used his phone whilst driving the taxi. He also never had more than one hand on the wheel at any one time. Dreadful driving and experience. Steer clear.

This is the third time I've apologized for the experience you had with our driver. As a gesture of goodwill, I agreed for you to pay £10 rather than the £17 the driver initially requested.
I need to clarify for future customers that you were made aware of the fare prior to your booking.
You changed the original booking by 8 miles round trip. The driver explained that this would cost more and that he needed to call the base to ensure he could accommodate the detour while staying on time for his next customers. The reason he was using his phone on loud speaker was so you could verbally abuse me, just as you did with him.
I have correspondence of 15 emails where you agreed to the fare and even complimented our service. Your opinion seems to have changed the moment I politely informed you that we won't tolerate any racist or abusive behavior.
We pride ourselves on our excellent reputation, but unfortunately, we can't please everyone.
Great taxi company would highly recommend … especially if you’re a wheelchair user. Thank you Mike for getting us to a dental appointment in Worcester safely and in plenty of time. The best chauffeur!!

Amazing customer friendly and reliable Taxi service. Ordered a Taxi to go to Strafford upon Avon can't remember the name of the driver but he was on time and very friendly. Dropped us off and told us to ring when we wanted to be picked up and there was Taxi waiting for us to pick on the time they said they would pick up. Also kept us informed with ETA. Highly recommend this Taxi company very reliable and friendly service will use it again for sure.
