Recently used 1st call 4 mortgages and really happy with the service and advice received from Nadeem. From day one, he actually listened to what we were looking for and never made us feel like a burden, even when we were asking him loads of questions. Nadeem answered every single query so promptly which made a massive difference and completely took the stress out of the process. It is rare to find who is so genuinely helpful and attentive, and we are incredibly grateful for your time and patience. A massive thank you. I would happily use the services again.

Constantly sending spam, no unsubcribe link.

If I could give less than 1 star I would! Richard, I won’t mention his surname, promoted an insurance for sports injuries/rugby players. We started paying in 2024 and have paid every month ever since. My stepson was injured in a rugby game and we tried getting in touch with the broker about getting an MRI and we have had no response. Policy cancelled. Terrible service

We recently used 1st Call Mortgages for our remortgage and were really pleased with how smooth the whole process was. The team were helpful, responsive, and kept us updated at every stage. Everything was handled efficiently and with clear communication throughout.

Like others have stated here, this company sends unsolicited email, i.e. spam, to people via a variety of trading names such as "Vantage H&L".

I have received 3 - 4 emails since mid-April, the latest being today. The emails are sent to a personal address each time, not a company.

I have no business relationship with this company or any of its trading entities, nor am I a business, so the claims that the company only emails customers or that unsolicited email is only sent to businesses is incorrect.

Paul helped us to quickly get our paperwork together for our mortgage renewal after our 5 year fix was up. Saved us some very expensive fees by pushing through the new mortgage so quickly. We now have a mainstream mortgage and a good rate for another 5 years. Will be using Paul again. Highly recommend.

Spamming Company - Another Company that thinks sending unsolicited spam emails is good business practice. Its not and is against GDPR. I always say most spamming companies are scamming companies. Never do business with a spammer

Sending out unsolicited emails under numerous business names or "trading styles" as they like to call it. (1st Call 4 Mortgages UK the holding company). No privacy policy on either website and no contact information for their data controller, or for an explanation of why they consistently break GDPR rules.

You have my email, as you've emailed me three times, with no reply contact from me, and constantly copy in the previous email with the line "If you would prefer not to be contacted again, please let me know"

Take the hint instead of preying on people to reply saying no thanks to justify your domain not constantly sending junk email.

Another company sending out unsolicited emails that were not asked for or wanted and who bought them from a bulk email supplier...

As for your reply, 100% correct if companies like yours didn't buy bulk email addresses then I would have nothing to complain about would I ?

Ujjwal helped us buy our first home. As soon as I called him, he came over to our house and discussed the whole process with us. He was able to successfully get us a brilliant mortgage deal for first time buyers.
Even when he was going abroad on holiday, he contacted us and was able to communicate easily.
He chased the lenders, sellers and estate agents making our job a little easier.
