This company is excellent to deal with. I've purchased their product various times. Product is shipped soon after purchase and arrives quickly. If you have an issue with your product, they respond quickly to address/resolve your concerns. They carry great products and add new product frequently. I really appreciate the added treats that are sent - they go the extra mile to show they value their customers!

Theircigarettes are expired and have a bad smell and flavour, i got putter's full flavour and i just smoked 1 cigarette and i got sore throat and nausea after that ... it was completely different than the otherones
When I wanted to return them they refused , because they know how bad they are ...

Order came as expected once the postal strike was done. Only reason I wouldn’t give 5 stars is because shipping is a little pricey. Guess a person just has to order more to spread out the shipping. Excellent experience overall!

I ordered on the Oct 11th and received my package on the 16th right to my door. It was my first order and I was nervous as you never really know if your going to be scammed but I read the reviews and decided to order from 1smokes.ca because they seemed closest and also I like their transactional complete software. I could tell it was secure. I was right both the website and transactional software they use worked really well.

You sent my order and it's stuck in the mail. So I'm out my order and five hundred dollars

DO NOT ORDER, ITS A FRAUD!

Shipped to the wrong address in completely different province.

Order confirmation and shipping confirmation had correct address.

Canada Post did investigatation and said the wrong address was out on the package nothing they could do about and sent me a confirmation.

Emailed 1smoke multiple times asking them to recite issue. Finally got response from the “CEO” Derek Forreal after I said I was going to file a fraud charge with police, saying “I will check into this and will update you today.”

Have yet to hear back from him.

Will wait until and off week the file fraud charges with police.
