Good communication and a great product. Packaged really well.

Quick shipment. Items felt quality. The mask was a little more dusty grey than pictures indicated but when combined on figure it comes together.

I am overjoyed with the results I receive upon opening up a new box that has made it across the pond to my residence here in America.

Attention to detail. A superb level of professionalism and care are evident when you open the case that secures your purchase.

This gentleman is always available for questions and ideas, and has literally never once said that he could not do something that is requested of him. He can, and has, customized almost all every item I have ordered.

He is not a "one trick pony". Not a "jack of all trades, master of nothing". He excels at all facets of what he offers to his customers.

I possess some high end statues from some of the best makers out there, and I can honestly say that I get just as much satisfaction out of my figures purchased from 1/6th Jay as I do from the high end statue makers. And at 1/3rd the cost.

1/6th Jay has figures that the statue builders will never think of or get around to developing. His unique spin on characters makes you want to own multiple versions of the same character. Like me... with Marka Ragnos! Times THREE!!!

Not only is Jay a wonderful customizer, he is very attentive to his customers needs and requests and stands by his products. If there are any issues, he takes care of it and is very responsive to his clients needs.

Potentially the best custom figure maker on the market, the level of detail, accuracy and quality cannot be underestimated. Fantastic customer service, he was able to include a custom request in my order without a problem, and provided plenty of dialogue and help with my figure. Can't recommend enough!

I have multiple customs from jay his work is phenomenal his work ethic is top notch he listens when you give him ideas but then comes up with his own i always let him have free reign and he has not once failed to deliver my most recent piece was a custom base for my hottoys dark knight I gave him an idea and he came back with something i would never of imagined I'm truly blown away.anyone who wants to use jay for any custom work trust me you will not regret it

Jay’s super talented, he kept you updated with the progress, and man, the speed at which he works is also incredible, ordered it on a Wednesday and got it the next Tuesday.

Baylan Skoll from Star Wars, an epic design from Jay.

I was very lucky enough to receive a model of the Late Ray Stevenson as Baylan Skoll from Star Wars "Ahsoka".

To say this model is perfection is an understatement, I knew Jay was very talented but it is not until you receive the model that you realise how good he is.

The model is so close to detail that it is hard to believe this has been hand painted and crafted. You can tell Jay takes his time when building, clothing and painting these models. There is a very decent weight to the model which adds to the quality of the product and the certificate of authentication is a wonderful touch.

These are true collectors items.

I promise you will not be disappoint in by a commission from Jay.
