I tried them today, and the service was good and fast and i got good results too, as i have recently start using few other SMS providers, also 1s2u.com , is good choice, will try also with bigger package and see the result, over all good service

They're scammer. I have more than 200ksms and nothing in term of delivery. When I send a message to complain, they blocked my account and they stop replying.

I purchased 1000 SMS for use in Greece and conducted tests on my own mobile phones. Only one number received SMS, while the rest showed as delivered but were never received. During live support, I was informed that the delivery rate is 84% of the phone numbers. I find this unacceptable because it allows for the sale of cheap SMS with the ability to claim that most were delivered, charging for them without actually sending them.

Terrible service.
SMS never reach any Country; They always say that if the GDPR document was signed (I signed it 5 times); other times they blame the sender; on other occasions they say to try other destination numbers, in the end no SMS arrives, Support never answers any Ticket or anything, the Online Chat does not even know where it is stopped.

In short, if you want to lose money this is the company; my recommendation do not waste time and money with 1s2u.

Los SMS nunca llegan a ningun Pais; siempre dicen que que si se firmo el documento GDPR (Lo firmamo 5 veces); otra veces culpan al remitente; en otras oportunidad dicen que pruebes otros numeros de destino, a la final nunca llega ningun SMS, Soporte nunca responde ningun Ticket ni nada, la del Chat en Linea no sabe ni donde esta parada.

En Resumen, si quiere perder dinero esta es la empresa; mi recomendacion no pierda tiempo y dinero con 1s2u.

1S2U is an excellent tool and their customer service is very responsive and I'm happy to use their service.

I have already recommended 1S2U to a number of people it's a fantastic service that gives your business that extra little touch of professionalism and at very little cost.

1S2U service is being a backbone for my business. Easy to use and cost effective. Highly recommend.

1S2U allows us to send texts from our laptop, and it is much more easier than typing in our phone. We are able to schedule texts to send at time we prefer. Their platform is so good where we able to remind our customers with their appointment. It has definitely improved our business.

Waste of money and time.

Support:

The live chat support is pointless and most of the time they send you to email your problem at their support email address. So far we never received any answer on our emails even if are older than 1 week and we follow-up them multiple times.

Routes:

We tested their premium routes and are pretty bad in multiple countries. In case something is not working they will blame the sender id. After you change it and still not working and they are out of ideas will tell you that their routing team will check and you should retest in 1h. Of course nothing changes even if you test after 2 days. Also there is no ticket number to track if something happened or not.
