The verification process to approve withdrawals is flawed because they want you to provide a screenshot or photo proving you made the deposit to them on the date that you did,,, but if it's still pending in your bank account the date will not match, making it impossible to withdraw

I have played this site before and had no issues with withdrawals, however I have had a real problem this time around. I have a fully verified account but my first withdrawal attempt was rejected and was told I needed to change withdrawal method, I did so and since then have been stuck on a processing withdrawal of £509 for 18 days. Same messages everyday about an overly busy finance team, I don’t have much hope of seeing this money I hope for a real reply from 1 Red soon until then I will continue to update on here 12/28/25
Update : Still nothing so far today, still pending, same responses to my emails can’t find any other contacts besides the VIP team.
29//12/25 - withdrawal still not accepted and on pending no further help with my withdrawal or any update, still no reply to my review either.
Update: I have received the full amount of my withdrawal!

UPDATE; 29/12/25 - money received so I have update the stars to 2. I can’t/wont give more than that due to the stress they caused and the length of time this took to be sorted. My advice to people would still be to avoid.

Been waiting on a withdrawal since 6th December. Fully verified and have been advised no issues with that. Then a few days ago my withdrawal was cancelled due to what they called “a technical error” with no fault on my side. They advised me to put the withdrawal straight back in which I did. I’m still waiting for my money.
Live chat answer quickly as do email support but it’s only to give you the same generic response each time. Sometimes they say it’s due to a high workload then they say it’s extra security checks (despite stating that all my verification is fine etc).
They insist they are not a scam site but I’m yet to see a penny.
I’ve noticed that they only ever seem to reply to positive reviews also and the negative ones that they reply to follow the same generic response you get from customer support online.
Basically they steal your money and I don’t think they have any intention of ever paying it.

UPDATE 2:
To the below response, no your live chat/support team can never provide an update on the status. They only give automated responses and say the finance team are working on the withdrawal and that they cannot provide information on this. My withdrawal for £25 was processed in 2 days. The one I am currently waiting on for significantly more has now been pending for three weeks😂. There are no verifications that are being processed, they are just simply not paying me.

Still waiting on my money, 15 days later…
I have now been waiting 13 days for my withdrawal have seen other reviews saying they are an illegitimate company and will not pay you. I would avoid using them, especially in the UK, from my experience.

Delay with deposits about 3h minimum. I get games connection problems. Waste ( update after 10 days...still not get my deposit of 30£) don't ever play on this

Just wanted to update on my withdrawal i recieved it today i have added 2 stars but took 1 off for the length of time for the withdrawal and 1 off for the lack of information from live chat cause there no help at all Just an update. 3 weeks to the day today and still pending and still the same response in a que etc doing the checks . My star has dropped still not recieved my withdrawal from the 5th December live chat is not the best it's pretty much auto response same message everytime your in a que you will get your funds after the checks are complete over 2 weeks I'm not confident in this
