They used to be really good, and you could carry over any unused classes for a week. However, after an app update, this was no longer an option, and at the same time the cost of the class packages increased.
The reception staff at the Oxford Circus location were consistently rude. They would often stand around chatting instead of checking people into class, yet if you were in a rush to get changed before the class started, they would literally shout after you that you needed to check in first. On several occasions when I pre-ordered a shake, it was never ready after class and was only started once I asked to collect it.
It is also almost impossible to cancel or freeze your package, despite being on a rolling monthly membership. In November, after I fell pregnant, I paused my membership via the app and received confirmation that my account had been frozen. I didn’t take a screenshot, as I didn’t expect there to be an issue. However, in December £90 was still taken from my account. There was no email confirmation of the pause, so I had no evidence.
In December I cancelled my membership altogether, yet in January I was charged another £90. This time I had taken a screenshot, which I sent to them. I was told this was due to a technical error on the app and that I would be refunded. I am currently waiting to receive this.

Just unacceptable with a company as big as them and who wants to look after their customer base from a subscription basis

It was a terrible situation with the subscription, they charged me for a year, that is, £539. When I noticed this on the card, they argued that I had agreed to it. But I just attended one class with them. So be careful, because this company is literally a shazai, who charge you money and then are not ready to return it. It's very unprofessional and disappointing.

What a disappointing experience. Predatory subscription practices and no reasonable cancellation option. My 5 weeks of a new activity to see how I like it turned into 12 months . There’s no reason in this day and age cancellation notice should be longer than 30 days with a clause that any special offers would be negated and full price for the period used applied. Anything else is an immoral practice, especially when signing into this 12 month contract is done with a click of a button. This sort of business model is disgusting and illegal in a lot of countries. If you are in the same position make sure you take the time to post a review to every platform you can find (that’s what I’m doing). You could save someone like us from falling for the same scam!

Mixed but good
The quality of some of the classes is exceptional. This is wholly based on quality of the trainer as expected. It does however mean where there is a poor trainer, the class is poor. I recently had an experience where the same playlist and programming was used by the same trainer two weeks running which is not really expected when you pay the amount of money we pay.
The shower facilities could be kept cleaner in my view to elevate the whole experience and some of the towels on occasion are frayed and stained which again is not expected for the money we pay.
The only other observation is that you obviously only get the classes for the money. For a little bit extra you can get membership to a luxury gym with classes and access to a gym.
Finally, the cancellation policy can be overly restrictive, particularly if youre unwell and front of house insist of medical evidence being provided. this is an unrealistic request and forces me to attend classes sometimes when i'm simply not fit enough because I want to avoid being charged. this is not good for my health.
