Bought coffee machine, it’s not even 6 months old and water is luke warm. Company don’t want to know

e have been looking for a particular high-end yet affordable patterned wallpaper, and we think we’ve found one. After requesting a sample for a small fee, it arrived quickly. It’s beautifully textured with a velvet finish, and we are very pleased with it.

Ordered from them 2 times online and been to the shop 3 times decorated my whole house with paper that is absolutely amazing quality and cheaper than nowhere else I looked at got £25 a roll wallpaper for £10 a roll absolutely stunning thank you and just ordered again

Ordered 3 X large shower wetwall panels for 1clickwallpapers. All panels were well packaged, delivery was literally next day. One of the panels arrived damaged, after reporting the issue the company sent out a replacement within 24 hours.

I ordered 10 tins of paint. The service from beginning to end was excellent and delivered without any issues. The packaging was great, each individual tin was taped well so leak free. The customer service was excellent. Would buy again.

Ordered online. Paper arrived well packaged and in the delivery time scale stated. Having decorated 1 small room I was so pleased with this company that we are now in the process of decorating another room. I won't shop anywhere else for wallpaper. I ordered 3 Rolls of wallpaper online; through EBay. Unfortunately was not the colour I wanted. I emailed 1 click wallpaper; they were very helpful & informed me that I could return without any problems. I then realised that they had a store in Leeds and telephoned them. I spoke with Yusaf who informed me I could take it back to the store. I returned to the store & they requested a full refund for me via EBay, which I have now received. They had a great range of wallpapers in store which I then purchased 3 more rolls which is beautiful & good quality. Nothing was too much trouble for 1 click wallpapers even carrying out to my car for me. I would definitely recommend this company and their staff.

Ordered 1 roll of wallpaper to finish a job & paid for next day delivery, cost as much as the item I was buying but ordered early enough for it to be sent out for next day. Took 2 days to arrive, not acceptable for businesses on a tight schedule, if you can’t guarantee actual next day don’t offer it

I bought Debona damask wall paper from 1click wallpapers and they were so helpful. They gave me a refund of a shipping overpayment without any issues. The service is prompt especially when buying samples.
Compare to other online wallpaper companies selling the same paper their prices are cheaper, but no scrimping on quality.
