This is 100% a scam Website/Bookmakers. It is impossible to withdraw.

So my account is restricted (despite me being barely profitable), I can only place bets that do not exceed 2 euros, but I have not met their 5x rollover (I am nowhere near close), so I can't even withdraw the money.
When asked about resolving the issue, I was told the limits were permanent and was advised to do Casino and Virtual Sports - which is even less favorable for the customers than regular sports betting - essentially forcing me to shift from betting to those BS and lose all my money there.
I am still hopeful in resolving the matter, for a start it would be great if I could get a response from them here.

So now that I have met all their roll over requirements (5x your deposit amount for those wondering!!) I'm waiting on a withdrawal that is still pending since the 26th April!!!!

I've chatted the chat every couple of hours to just receive a pasted in message.

AVOID AT ANY COST!!! not worth your time or energy. the worst service you can encounter in the industry. I am holding account there for almost a year now and in recent months i slowed down my activity there to almost zero but it's to let people know what's going on there. i will be specific with few incidents that will reflect my experience:

1. Deposit and withdrawals fees: normaly you deposit 100EUR (if thats you currency) with your c.c aor via bank transfer you'll be charged with 100EUR right? NO with 1BET you will be charged 106-108EUR. why? they are not charging you directly but via a 3rd party that takes commision. who pays the commision? ofcourse they lay it on the clients (without saying a word upfront). same goes for cashing out, you withdraw 1000EUR you will get like 920-930EUR in your bank. their 3rd party commission. so look at it this way: you deposit 100 bet on 1.9 odds bet, win, and withdraw your winnings, that's the real math: you paid 108 (inc. commission) and got back in hand around 175 so you actually bet on 1.62 odds!!! while other bookies may offer you 1.83 odds on the bet but they will cover all those commissions. do your math. wait...so i approached my VIP account manager which offered to give me back my deposit fees in a form of a freebet (6% as it was when i opened the account) and i accepted. Then i found out after months that they increased the fees, he knew and didn't say a word for months. when i found out he offered to give me 9% in cash to the account, i agreed but when the monthly time came to give it to me (and it was around 1000EUR on a heavy winning month) he told me oh sorry we decided you are not a VIP player any more so what i promised no longer valid. got it all on whatsapp. at that point i stopped playing basically.

2. one more incident just because someone here already mentioned something like that. I once had an issue with a live bet: i placed a bet (quarter o/u points basketball) live. it was the 1st quarter. the bet was over 42/5 points. the quarter ended with 43 and I WAS PAID immediately. then around 20 min later all the sudden the money was taken from the account. someone changed the bet to a 2ndQ bet!!! it took days and at the end they paid but just so you know the guy here talking about betting on his account...well I wouldn't dismiss him all together.

3. Its the worst service you will get. they payout, but its always a hustle. you'll never get a straight answer, only avoiding answers (asap, we expedite and what ever. never a straight answer). for example: lets say i am asking for a withdrawal, it takes them 48 hours to click a button and pay (so that hopefully you will cancel the withdrawal request) but then after the 48 hours all the sudden you will get a mail asking for docs. you'll send it and wait another 48 hours for them to approve the docs looking for any stupid thing to reject them and then when its finally ok wait another 48 to get paid. It's all done so you'll cancel the withdrawal and lose. if you are strongminded, you'll get your money. even now as i write this they are doing it to me (made a small win from a bonus they gave me cause i stopped depositing as i said)

IT'S JUST NOT WORTH IT.
we are in a competitive market and you will find a fair company that treat you and your money with respect. as i have shown (to those who had the energy to read) their odds are realistically not good and the service is the worst. take that in mind weather you consider opening an account or have one.

THEY STOLE MY MONEY!
I was restricted weeks ago from playing with higher stakes (my maximum stakes for my favourite sport, table tennis was around 10 EUR). SO i decided to withdraw my total balance. While they were keeps asking for further documents to verify me (which they already did before before my first withdrawal), THEY HACKED MY ACCOUNT AND LOSE ALL MY BALANCE!!! AND THEY HAD THE AUDACITY TO TELL ME THAT KEEPING MY ACCOUNT SAFE IS MY RESPONSIBILITY. HOW COULD ANYONE HACK IN TO MY ACCOUNT AND LOSE MY MONEY IF MY MONEY WAS RESTRICTED TO 10 EUR/BET, HUH? THEY MADE 6 HUGE BETS, AROUND 500 EUROS EACH, AND LOST IT ALL IN 10 MINUTES. BIGGEST THIEFS I HAVE EVER SEEN. I WONT LET THIS GO, THEY WILL SURELY HEAR FROM MY LEGAL TEAM.

I made a deposit via crypto but apparently I was short a dollar on the amount I had indicated I want to deposit, instead the site just accept the amount they decided to refund the funds , now the funds are deducted from my binance account as successful withdrawn to the address I had on the 1bet site but 1bet never sent back the refund since I was short, now am left in between with no funds in both accounts, binance address was successfully withdrawan but 1bet side refused the deposit since I was short 1 dollar, they said they'd refund but it has been hours and the support chat isn't helping at all.. I rather lose my money betting at least then I am to blame. They should just deposit the funds that I had sent , I have all the evidence and the address I made the deposit.

If only I had read some reviews before joining this service. An absolute joke of a company. Have been betting for years, the ONLY BETTING SITE EVER to KEEP MY WINNING BETS. They are a disgrace. Should be banned immediately.

Absolute scam artists avoid at all costs

Just a couple of words about dealing with 1bet over the last couple of weeks I set my account up during Cheltenham for some sign up offers and had no problems I proceeded to use the account and placed some bets on football horses and then made use of the casino where I had some luck . When I withdrew the money from the account I had to go through a standard verification process which went okay not as quick and convenient as other bookmakers but went okay the withdrawal was the most annoying part as it took about 5 days to receive my funds which I did in full , I’ve seen some reviews on here calling them crooks and scammers which definitely isn’t the case but not sure how much I’ll be using the account in the future based solely on how long it takes to receive funds .

I win 20K I am scammed They kept telling me that I had to transfer money and I did that until I suddenly gave all my 5000 euro’s and now I have 0 euros and still not my winnings if they are real they will only give my 5000 euros back and I don't want that profit Contact me and I will show you everything

Two weeks ago I registered on the 1Bet website. I received the maximum deposit bonus of 40,000 HUF. Their first trick is that you have to wager this 12 times to withdraw the money, but only bets with odds over 1.8 are accepted, and only half of the maximum bonus is credited in the campaign credit. This happened, from the 140,000 HUF increased with the bonus, I made 680,000 HUF. After the campaign ended, it dropped back to 200,000 HUF, because it is in the rules that the maximum refundable amount from the deposit bonus is 200,000 HUF. I wasn't happy. A week later, there was already 1,490,000 HUF in my balance, which I wanted to withdraw by bank transfer. Here's where the next weird thing started. They asked for my bank statement, a utility bill to confirm my address, a picture of my bank card, and then a picture of myself with my ID card. I sent them, and 2 days later they rejected my withdrawal without any response email. Only 100,000 HUF was returned to my balance. I'm at a loss as to who to turn to in such a situation, please help. And take my opinion very seriously. THEY WILL SCAM YOU.

Update, They are referring to sports bonus manipulation, which is completely absurd, as I only placed bets on live and future events' victories.I did not violate any of the regulations outlined in their policy.

Again an update, here is again a rule. After this recived 100.000 Ft on my balance, i can initiate a withdrawal once i meet the rollover requirement. The rollover requirment is i have to play my deposit 5x. :D:DD:D SO i have to bet 500.000 again :D

I signed up for 1Bet and deposited 150 euro to receive 100% starting bonus, i.e. 300 euro on my account.
I placed a few bets and had made quite a big profit which is when I noticed my rollover status to withdraw my money didn't move at the pace I expected based on the bets. So after reading the T&C I understood that only 75 euro per bet counts towards the rollover status. After eventually reaching the rollover status I had made quite a large profit, which due to the T&C was limited to 750 euro (all fine, as it was in the T&C). When trying to withdraw the money, they kept asking for KYC information even though I had already provided everything the needed. Then no more email reply came and I logged into my account to see that they had taken the 750 euro I had earned, claming bonus manipulation. How that is possible, I don't know. I don't know how to approach the situation.

I would not recommend this site to anyone. If I could give 0 star I would. Made a withdrawal on Wednesday and had to get in touch with the live chat twice on Friday to see why my withdrawal was not processed. On the second occasion I told them that I would like to cancel my account but was told if I do that my withdrawal would be cancelled and sent back to my account basically leaving me with no access to my funds. I then emailed today to query whey the withdrawal is now processing since Friday afternoon and have still had no response. It’s a big fat NO for me

I was lucky enough to have a big win with 1bet, completed verification which was difficult but not impossible, Withdrawals started slowly but were landing in my bank account, I had one withdrawal refused and one withdrawal cancelled and then noticed balance of winnings was removed from balance?
I emailed support and payment section in 1Bet and still awaiting response?

It's not possible to withdraw money , customer service are the same people ,just tell you the same thing all the time ,do not install this app,do not put any money to that app

The deposit was made , soon after it all went downhill, the "bonus" is not a bonus at all but a trap , you need to bet 12x times ur lodgement to get the so called "bonus " that's €1200 if u lodge the €100 . If you chose to leave the bonus which I did after I was told to by "Gemma* , my bonus was at €300+ when I asked to leave the site and withdraw my money , All winnings are NOT returned as cash winnings , it goes into the so called BONUS . When I left the offer/bonus all that bonus money disappeared gone never to been seen again, even tho all bets were placed with my cash fund and not bonus or free bets , so this should of been returned as cash, but no 1bet don't work that way , not at all . So I have requested my money which is left in the account be returned , as i have asked numerous times now in email and in online chat , no answers no satisfaction. The money did leave my account but has returned back into the account again (on a hope I gamble it away I reckon ) why this has happen I don't know . No replies to emails. The chat can not help you as the people who look after the money side of it (wearing balaclavas I would say ) are a totally different department altogether apparently(more alarm bells ) , this is nothing other than Shambolic, how in the name of god are these people able to trade and get away with it. I now have seen after looking on trustpilot that there are 100s if not 1000s of similar complaints. I live in hope of my money been returned but that hope dwindles with every unanswered email .

Im a sports gambler with over 25 years experience. My funds have not been withheld and no issue with KYC etc. The 1 star represents the game selection (positive). Everything started well but began to see limitations in wagering and poor comparative odds against the competition, recent frequent deposit and withdrawal delays/issues. So much potential but I won't be back. This isn't a scam, just a very poorly run gambling company. Everyone free to make their own decisions but my advice is stick to the recognised brands

They ask me for account verification and reject every evidence i sent them. I believe they are scammers
