Returned an Item got the cancellation…

Returned an Item got the cancellation email etc, the money has not been sent to my account. Emailed several times and just can’t get a response from them, no email reply to sort anything, still not received the refund. And their wording they use for the cancellation email etc makes th chargeback process complex too. Feels like a slimy way to hold on to your money

Delivery Issues

Paid a fortune for next day delivery, didn’t arrive the next day, their online help was slightly helpful, if somewhat hard to find, offered the standard replies without really solving the problem

Edit, turns out the parcel was “lost” by the courier (pinched?) and now out of stock, absolute joke of an operation
