They always notify you promptly when…
They always notify you promptly when you have a refill coming up. They give you an estimated date of arrival for your product and it is usually spot on. If I had a complaint it would be that my product usually arrives the day after I ran out so have to wait for the delivery in order to completely empty my bladder. Not a problem most of the time.

Years ago when life threw me a curve ...
Years ago when life threw me a curve, I was not a happy camper, 180 Medical stepped into my life. I was not happy that I now need there products. But what a great group of people they are. There I was crying in my beer so to speak, and they lessoned to me and then gave me answers, not a bunch of "What If's" just good from the heart answers to my problem, like what there product would do for me. Now, years later I've moved on, and still 180 Medical is at the top of there game so to speak, and I'm very happy camper with them and there products.
