Please avoid buying from L’Agence. The quality is absolutely not worth the price. I placed an order two weeks ago and it still hasn’t even shipped. When I requested to cancel and get a refund, they made me wait for days with no resolution.
Honestly, save your money and avoid ordering from this so-called “quality” brand. The experience and customer service have been extremely disappointing
I love their clothes but the items I purchased online were not the same color when delivered. I returned the items in perfect condition but was not given a refund. I emailed customer service and only received an AI generated response with no solution. When calling the customer service number there is no one answering the phone. Extremely dissapointed with this company.

Love the clothes, VERY disappointed in customer service. I have been trying to get a response from someone for a week. I’ve heard twice from a virtual assistant who asked if I’d like more information and to be connected with a customer care rep. Twice I have said yes, please escalate my issue. I am still waiting. I also dislike that they charge for return shipping inspire of serious sizing issues where identical styles in different colors do not fit at all the same. With most designers, my size is consistent. Not so with L’agence. It is really frustrating and to be charged return shipping on items that should have fit.
This has been the best business agency I have worked with so far. The ordering process was pretty smooth. The team is so dynamic and they have a competitive price range. The result and quality of the video were beyond my expectations. Thanks!
