13DeMarzo — Not Recommended for U.S. Customers!
Purchase from US. I would give 0 star if possible.
I placed an international order worth over $1,000 from 13DeMarzo, expecting quality and professionalism.
Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing.
• The products I received (beanie and shoes) were poor quality and not as described.
• When I requested a return, the company asked me to pay full international shipping costs, even for uncomfortable items.
• They also required me to “accept their terms” before revealing the return address — which is unprofessional and suspicious.
• Worst of all, they gave only 3 days to request a return — completely unreasonable for international customers.
- Inform me no full refund if package damage which is out of my control.
This is the first time I’ve seen such a restrictive and unhelpful process from a so-called premium brand.
If you’re shopping from the U.S. or abroad, be careful — their customer service is slow, unclear, and unfair.
I do not recommend ordering from 13DeMarzo until they fix their return and refund policy and show genuine respect for customers.
