Appalling company persuaded my 93 year old mother to sign up a £99 pm payment for washing machine repair cover! You could buy 3 new machines a year with that money! Luckily her bank blocked them!
Appalling! Avoid!
Pretty sure this company is a scam! Called my elderly mother up and pushed her into taking out this cover. Made her speak to 3 different people and basically wouldn’t let her off the phone until she paid. Said she would receive paperwork and nothing has appeared. Have tried calling the number on the website multiple times daily over the last week to always get an automated message saying no one is available to take the call, have left numerous messages asking someone to call back and still nothing. Hopefully no one else falls for this shambles of a company!
