Cancellation policy NOT fit for purpose
When my tyres weren’t delivered on the delivery date I was informed the next day that they were delayed with no expected date given.
I decided to cancel my order, expecting an immediate refund. When my refund did not appear I called 123pneus, the lady on the phone was not particularly helpful and informed me that I wouldn’t get my refund until the tyres were back at the German depot. I explained that the contract with the carrier should be between 123pneus and GLS so why could they not cancel the order and refund my money?
10 days after my original order, still having not received my refund and having ordered different tyres at a local garage, the tyres from 123pneus arrived at my home, despite cancelling the order one week earlier. I refused the package and they were returned to 123pneus.
I eventually received my refund today, one month exactly after making my order. Very unsatisfactory cancellation policy when it’s not the customers fault. Despite having used them in the past I certainly will not be using them again. When things go wrong they don’t want to know. Do yourself a favour, buy local!!
