Buyers Beaware
Following up on my review from July 5th (which seems to have been removed!), a month has passed since I placed order RD38984538 and received the incorrect model of rims due to their error. After trying to communicate with them to resolve this simple issue (ie. return the goods received and them sending me the correct model), I've given up as it's simply impossible to get any reaction from their end!!! As a result, I was left with no other choice than to contact my bank and file a charge-back. A week later my bank credited the money back into my account, still no news from them and the rims are sitting at the garage waiting to be picked up by their courier service, if that ever happens!!! Mysterious way of doing business, after-sale service is non-existent, if you have a problem you are left alone talking to a wall...

Terrible service, a potential scam?
Terrible service. Ordered 4 winter tyres with wheels and they only sent over 3! I had to chase them to ask where is the 4th wheel, they didn't even have courtesy to update me. After a week they finally found out that the 4th wheel was damaged during delivery and they no longer have the same wheel that can be delivered in place.
So I had to pay extra to buy new wheels. But surprise they couldn't send me the new wheels yet as they still had to collect the previous order. After another week they arranged for the old wheels to be collected by DPD. The postman turned up but with only 1 return slip instead of 3, so he ended up not taking the wheels at all.
It's been 1 month now I am still here with the useless 3 wheels and waiting on my new order.
What a joke! Will never buy anything again from this company
UPDATE:
A DELIVERY MAN WAS MEANT TO COLLECT THE 3 UNUSABLE WHEELS YESTERDAY (16.02). THIS IS NOW THE 3rd TIME HE HAS BEEN PROMISED TO COME. I SAT AT HOME ALL DAY PATIENTLY WAITING BUT OF COURSE HE DIDN'T SHOW UP. I AM SICK OF TIRED OF YOUR GAMES 123PNEUS. ARE YOU RUNNING A SCAM? PROVIDING INCOMPLETE ORDERS BUT TAKING FULL AMOUNT OF MONEY AND NOT RESOLVING THE ISSUE?
