Delighted we decided on using 123 Plumb to upgrade our Gas Boiler to a Vaillant Air Source Heat Pump. From the initial enquiry, house visit and then a very detailed survey/quotation. They were patient with me and my requirement for 3 quotes variations (No1 else did).

The whole team arrived on time, they cracked on straight away taking extra time ensuring the flooring through my house was properly protected.
The conversion was completed in 5 days, pipework looks great and everything was left clean and tidy, thank you!

I had been researching Air source heat pumps for a long time, but didn’t have any knowledge or idea of the process. I come across 123 Plumb and got in touch with James. I explained that I was looking into Air source heat pumps and asked if James could give me some advice and guidance.

Without hesitation, James talked me through the whole process from start to finish, putting my mind at ease. James sent me every tiny bit of information about how everything works and how the install would look, and what the benefits would be. After probably me calling and texting James far too much, I could not wait to get a date booked in.

James and his amazing team were truly excellent. Exceptional service and installation of heat pump, radiators and solar panels. All done and working in a couple of days. Saving around £25-£30 a week already. Very happy and would highly recommend.

After many weeks of research and planning to find a team who could install a state of the art Air source heat pump heating system from scratch, I decided to entrust the project to James and his dedicated team.
The job was never going to be straightforward, as there were many obstacles and challenges to overcome that would make a successful design and installation of the system a major headache for ANY heating engineer!
The system was delivered and installed within a week and the sheer skill and attention to detail shown during the installation was extremely impressive!
The guys really went the extra mile to get pipework to do things a go places I thought impossible!
The tidiness of the site during the work was second to none and when the job was completed you really couldn't tell they had been there as everything was put back in place and cleaned and vacuumed.
James came back 3 weeks later to do a final commission and hand over. Showed me how to us the MyVaillant app and explained all the components on the system. They are also booked in for a service in 12 months time and will check on how the system efficiency is performing.
