Good, but mailing service is suboptimal

Yes, very nice. The stuff they send is genuine, and the customer service is efficient and polite.

The only major annoyance is the distribution via UPS. How is that supposed to work? That must result in random people getting the packages, and then signing for it. Not quite an optimal situation. Why not regular mail?

da wir verschreibungspflichtige Medikamente verschicken ist es gesetztlich nicht erlaubt, das Paket ohne Empfangsbestätigung in Form einer Unterschrift auszuliefern.
