It is a great tool for email automation. Has helped us increase SQLs per person

6 mnths in, and still almost no result. We don’t use it but can’t cancel the expense subscription, and they ignore us

Really smooth experience so far with Paddy, clear presentation, flexible on our needs and features for our package and articulation of value for us.

He also outlined what a 'perfect user' of 11x was which allowed us to do our homework on having a large TAM, strong messaging and differentiation, and simply using Alice as a scale-up to an already performant business development function.

Excited to get working with the 11x team and Alice 2.0, I expect we'll be ramping it up a lot this year.

Paddy at 11x was helpful & walked me through Alice (their SDR agent). The product seemed really impressive (the research capabilities etc.) and appreciated the guidance he offered. I decided my business is too small & niche at this stage for it to be a fit, but could definitely see using the products down the line.

New to 11x & currently in the stage of ramping up. So far our experience has been very good & there are signs of encouragement that this will in the long run a great tool. Our customer experience has been great from the entire team, especially Paddy.

There were many things that were great, but in particular:
1) The support from the 11x.ai Team who were on hand to help us get the most out of their product. Excellent.
2) The ability to shape campaigns with the pain points and value propositions made the campaigns personal.
3) The AI was so convincing leads did not know that the outreach hand been AI crafted.

And thanks to Paddy and the team for all your work. First class!

Great experience with 11x to date. 11x blows other, older outreach tools out of the park particularly in outreach consolidation, automation, UX, and with fantastic customer success managers and support.
Some time investment to prompt and tailor Alice's messaging is needed but we've experienced a surge in response rates and meetings in our first 1-2 months of working with 11x, as well as time investment savings.

Pretty rubbish tool and just a wrapper for Amplemarket with rubbish GPT prompts.

This only works if you’ve got tens of thousands of potential customers and can mass-send with the same messages, hoping someone converts. The emails feel spammy and have very basic customization. Haven’t had a single call in months

We’ve been trying out 11x.ai for a few months now, and while it wasn’t love at first sight, it’s definitely found its place in our toolkit. Getting it set up took a bit of trial and error – we had to play around with our messaging until it really clicked. But once we got the hang of it, it started doing wonders, helping us land meetings that would’ve taken forever to arrange by hand.

Beginning our journey with 11x, and thought Paddy was awesome from an onboarding standpoint - gave a super clean walkthrough of the platform, making it easy to understand its use cases and functionalities.

11x.ai promises to engage prospective customers with automated, personalized, AI generated emails. Bringing together lead scraping, enrichment, email generation, and inbox warming/cycling.

Since starting with 11x.ai, we have had 0 meetings have been set through this software. I negotiated for a 6 month opt-out period, that I am now struggling to actually "opt-out" of.

If your TAM is not 100,000+ prospective customers, and you have some extremely compelling value propositions or offers, do not expect any true results from this product outside of burning some domains and certainly some money.

If their customer service was better, and more astute in the world of cold email campaigns I believe I would have much less to say about 11x, but having been partnered with them for 90 days and voicing my concerns on multiple occasions, my AM has been nearly incapable of solving our issues, promising that time will make things better.

I wish them the best of luck in turning around this company, the sales process was friendly and consultative, while everything afterwards has been regretful.
