I always appreciate timely delivery. I always check the packing, and it has always been intact even with some small dents in the outside protected box. Please give my thanks to all involved in making sure the products are packed well and delivered promptly.

The order is always correct

The order is always correct. The delivery was slower than expected with the size of our order. Prices are still good for name brand coffee. We will continue to use them.

I ordered two boxes of half & half with…

I ordered two boxes of half & half with best by dates of 5/26. There is no way in the world I can use that many that soon. Why the short date? Also, it took several days to receive the products. That's not like when UPS delivers. This has been an unusual experience.
