I should have found this years ago. It’s fantastic. Takes away al, the stress of sending reminders. Great system and very easy to use.

Very easy to use. Attractive booking page. Option for client payment upon booking. Good customer service.

It was a little bit tricky getting set-up, but once that was figured out, things seem to fall into place. After getting all of the information entered and the calendar set-up, you have to go into the calendar and add the appointments/classes that you are offering so they will show up on the link you send your clients. This wasn't clear in the set-up instructions and took a while to figure out. There may be some disconnect between bookings being made and Zoom virtual meetings being made. I need to pay attention to this more to be sure. It would be nice to have an automatic response sent to clients after bookings are made with the Zoom information. Maybe this is in the paid subscription?

Fantastic added value tool, and I think an essential one for anyone looking to meet people either face to face or remotely. Brilliant idea

It's fairly easy to use for setting appointments and managing staff tasks.

I love this!! I can keep organized, remind my clients, and myself of the appointments so I never have any no shows.

It would just be great to have an app for the phone. Otherwise, love it

Great site - easy to use and my clients are really enjoying it also. Takes a bit of work setting it up and it would be great if there was an online chat available as it took over a week going back and forth emailing the help desk who were great.

10 to 8 is an excellent self scheduler at a reasonable price. I found it intuitive to use and appreciate the ability to set specific times and buffers in between appointments. I surveyed all options available in the market and am very pleased with 10-to-8 as it has exceeded my expectations. With a full platform free trial, take the time to give this a try. You’ll be pleased with the results.

Very useful. 80% of my clients use this service to book an appointment with me. I wish the Japanese translation was better and if there was a notification function on my phone..even better.

10to8 knocks it out of the ball park in my book! I am a school counselor working with students in the virtual setting. I don’t have time to schedule zoom calls, send links and sync them to my calendar. 10to8 does it all for you. It even sends reminders to the person who has scheduled the appointment. The customer service is truly wonderful. I’m not super techy, so I need a little support here and there. I’m on the other side of the planet so my messages get there in the night but I always get a personalized response and they take the time to help me until the issue is resolved. Bottom line, try it. I just use the free version and I LOVE it!!!

We love 10 to 8. We use it to set up tours of the center and to set up interviews. I don't have time to make appointments by phone so this works great! It reminds them and me that I have an appointment.
