Not one of my best experiences. Started off well then went rapidly down hill

Only fault is the online casino, bets get rejected and feels sluggish compared to other connections of the more well known sites. I hope they can look into it.

I have tried to get nearly £300 which I withdrew. After several days still nothing in my acc. I have been online chat with different people they all keep going on about arn numbers? Do not touch this company with a barge pole they don't like withdrawls

I deposited several times into the account without issue, and placed numerous bets, the majority of which lost. Eventually after a few weeks I had a winner for approx £300. I then tried to withdraw my winnings and was told my account has been closed and the funds will not be returned unless I can provide...

I provided ALL of this information (despite how intrusive it is) as requested... with no response. I followed up with another email to ask when my funds would be received... no response. This case has been going on for months now, in total I've sent over 30 emails to the company requesting my funds back, or asking what more information they require, but I am still being ignored. Nothing but an auto reply saying they will deal with the query in due course.

The account has closed so I can't even go onto Live Chat to speak to an advisor, as this feature is only available when logged in.

Do not bet with this company.
You will either lose, or you will win and they will keep your money anyway.

5/5 cannot fault them great site for sports betting and casino slots etc. Very fair odds for horse racing, football, etc etc. Very quick payout after the account and id is verified. These might be one of the good ones.

I’ve been playing on their site for quite a while and am quite shocked to read the other reviews on here especially regarding bonuses……
Firstly I’ll start with the positives, yes the withdrawals are very fast and usually within an hour and customer services are usually quick and helpful.
The negatives are the total lack of bonuses and promotions. I was offered into the ten bet club to then days later be told that there was no space and therefore not able to join, I frequently ask about bonuses but am always told there isn’t any and the only time I did receive one I was able to use due to a technical fault and a week later still have received nothing back from them and was told to wait for an email. So I’m not sure they treat their ‘loyal’ customers too great!
So in all the site is alright although it does crash quite a lot and there are technical issues logging in but just don’t expect them to give anything back to you in terms of loyalty.
