Be honest was bit sus about site at…

Be honest was bit sus about site at first as you do with sites not heard of much as wouldn't say there overly main stream But honestly been sound. Quick withdrawal and fair games. Honestly cant knock site . Will definitely stay with them.

I won £9,500 and have been going…

I won £9,500 and have been going through enhanced verification and they have delayed paying me. 3 weeks into this now and I’ve had a VIDEO CALL, ID Sent, payslips, bank cards, employment contract.

They have now gone quiet and not replied for 5 days.

Feel like I’m being scammed and will have to take this further.

Helpful customer service

Helpful customer service, unfortunately they couldn't help me as I had voided my free bets by withdrawing my winnings, I didn't read the small print but they were very helpful.
