Our gift was not delivered
Our gift was not delivered. They are not reliable at all. We had to follow up twice once by email with no reply and the other time through live chat. It was for our friend’s surprise birthday and they technically ruined it because we had to ask her several time if anything got delivered to her. However they are in process of delivering it now, let’s hope it will work. Do not order from their shop they can’t get the job done right. Not recommended at all.

I live in the US and I had bad experiences with online gift companies in Jordan for years until I found 100wardeh. I had to reschedule my order multiple times and they had no issues with that. When the cake shop didn't have the cake I ordered, they offered several alternatives, delivered within 30 minutes, and even refunded the price difference! They set a high standard that's hard to match in Jordan.
