These guys are great. I switch energy providers a lot to get best prices. 100green are the only one I look forward to coming back to. They're a smaller company which comes with a few small issues, but when there are issues, 100green will do the right thing to make things right. Compared to bigger, tentacles companies, or similar, supposedly "Good" energy providers which seem motivated by hyper growth and profit, 100green is great people doing great things for wholesome reasons.
I only leave reviews in exceptional cases, 100green are the energy industries best kept secret.
The only downside and why I'm not with them all they time is they don't have a heatpump specific tariffs which means it's cheaper for me to be with another energy company for 6 months out of the year.

After my call at 08.00 to make a report regarding my loss of power, I was informed my job would be logged and I'd be called back. I received an update at 11.30 to advise an engineer would attend within 3 to 4 hours. The engineer attended at 14.40 & replaced the faulty meter. Amazing service. Thank you.

This company wasn’t really a well known company to me so at first I was a bit iffy about things but I can say that overtime I have realised how helpful, and kind each and every one of their staff are. I have NEVER had a moment that I’ve rang up and been spoken to in a poor manner. They are ALWAYS polite, and helpful. I specifically want to mention Edd…I can’t quite remember what department he is from but he ALWAYS goes above and beyond to resolve whatever your concerns may be, and he never fails to do so.

They have persistently overcharged me. When they were caught out doing this last year they began charging me triple what my actually usage was. The data on their website for my account is nonsensical - numbers in the wrong column, averages miscalculated, etc. Emails asking for clarification go unanswered. Their app is unusable. Seem chaotic and understaffed.
UPDATE: After finally acknowledging they had miscalculated my bill, they then charged me triple the new amount agreed. They now owe me hundreds of pounds which they have not repaid.
The best way to get a response from them is to leave a negative review on here.

I have found that 100Green have exceptional customer care and are happy to actually listen 'outside the box' and also show you how to access sections within your account. They will also say that you can return if you are having difficulty with anything and go above and beyond to help and advise their customers.

I've been using 100 Green for nearly a year now. On the few occasions I've called them they have been amazing, helpful, knowledgeable and do exactly what they say they'll do. It's real old fashioned service, no hold music, no press key pad for service just a real person on the end of the phone who can fully deal with your enquiry. Amazingly refreshing in this day and age.

Initially the job that had been booked in with the subcontractor had omitted information about a 2nd meter. I called 100 Green as I was concerned only half of the agreed job would be done. Simon at 100 Green got straight on it, keeping me informed throughout, and calling me the next day to check everything was ok.

100Green is a small business offering very competitive prices. I would like to thank the entire customer service team — I had two or three interactions with them, and each time they were polite, professional, and very efficient.
My issue was resolved quickly, with a good level of follow-up throughout the process.
Highly recommended.
