Great customer service experience! I have not found anyone in the Crypto space as responsive as Coast - or as patient! The ease of use of the site they’ve created has to be a big reason Pulsechain has experienced the success it has. Thank you for all your help!

0xCoast is the model CEX in crypto. This is how all centralized exchanges should operate by prioritizing that users hold their own keys. CEX should be strictly on/off ramps into and out of users personal wallets. I hope the industry is paying attention.

It cannot be easier to onboard or offboard from crypto. This is in my opinion the only place to do it.

Heard lots about COAST on Pulsechain but never used it up until today and it was super simple and super easy. A quick registration took a few minutes and was approved within an 30 minutes. Then a simple bank transfer from Europe / Revolut to Coast was completed within a few hours. I received a welcome email updating me where my funds were through the whole process which was really reassuring and then within a few hours (bear in mind this is a global service that operate across different time zones), my funds had arrived.

Then with some fresh USD in my account, I easily minted some CST (this is COAST’s stable coin), that was transferred directly into my wallet. Then I could easily swap this in the COAST Dashboard / interface for a variety of tokens n Pulsechain or just connect my wallet to PulseX dex.

All in all, the customer services was on point and made me feel totally safe and relaxed across the whole process. And big up to Stoic0x who answered my support requests more or less instantly.
