Statement Regarding a Recent Negative Review by Ms. Uloaku Rita Egwuo
We would like to address a recent review posted by Ms. Uloaku Rita Egwuo, a Nigerian national residing in the UK, who applied for a Healthcare Assistant position through our platform yesterday 4th of August 2025.
Ms. Egwuo submitted her application but did not complete the mandatory verification process, which is a clearly stated requirement on our official website. As per our recruitment policy, all applicants whose country of origin and academic credentials are from outside the UK must undergo a background and credentials verification process through our independent investigators assigned to their continent of origin. In Ms. Egwuo's case, verification was to be conducted by our independent investigator based in Ghana, who handles all applicants from Africa.
We must clarify that Ms. Egwuo did not make any payment to our organization or to our assigned independent investigator. No verification process was initiated for her due to non-compliance with our stated requirements. As such, she was not eligible for employment consideration, nor was she assigned a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS).
Our organization does not charge any fees for employment or for issuing a CoS. However, verification is compulsory, and the cost is borne by the applicant, as clearly outlined in our recruitment policy. This process ensures that only genuine, qualified, and verified candidates are considered for roles.
We take our reputation seriously and stand by the integrity of our recruitment process, which is aligned with UKVI standards. While we understand that not all applicants may agree with our procedures, we expect professionalism and honesty in all interactions. Publishing misleading or false reviews undermines the integrity of the recruitment process and can be detrimental to all involved.
We continue to uphold a fair, transparent, and lawful recruitment process and appreciate all applicants who comply with our requirements.
