Absolute scam
Absolute scam. Eric promises the world, doesn't follow through, left me on the hook, and destroyed my credit. Then radio silence...
To give context,
Eric added additional, unrelated business mailing addresses to my office location abusing the power of the PoA we had in place, which incurred additional fees then left me holding the bag when his ill intentioned promises evaporated.
I am still to this day locked out of my own credit reports from the credit bureaus since Eric accessed my credit report information. At that point in time the phone number and email on file with my credit reports was changed and because I don't have access to new number, I'm unable to open new accounts, I've had accounts closed or locked and nearly all of my funds are currently inaccessible.
I've since filed reports with both text messages and recordings detailing our conversations with the FTC and other government organizations.
This review was posted a year later because TrustPilot sent a request email to leave a review, but here they are gaslighting me on mental health...
Black flag as in pirate Marine as in boating. The industry I worked most of my life in. Never have I posed as or claimed to be military.
Never once discussed bankruptcy as I had an inheritance coming which is now locked up.
Congrats on the commission of libel and defamation here.
I suggest you cease and desist from further implications.

Updated response: Jordan, we're so sorry to hear all that. Does this mean that we can request the $7,000 that we generously advanced to you and the plane tickets that we paid for you to move around?
I understand that we will most definitely never see the consulting hours and development work invoices paid, but if you feel this badly, than shouldn't we at least see our money back?
I'm looking forward to providing all the records of our dealings to whomever will seek them out. Should we send a copy to you? Are you still living in Buffalo, NY? Do you prefer using the virtual address in Florida you use to avoid paying taxes, or are you full time in Costa Rica, Mexico? Where are you located these days to hide your cryptocurrency trading gains?
On the topic of defamation and liebel, should we discover any monetary loses associated to your delusional accusations, we'll make sure to pass those along to our attorney (without prejudice). Glad to know you are coming into an inheritance, that should make their jobs easier!

The project with which you had a contractual agreement with us was finalized on our end. A fully functional medical delivery mobile application. If you want a copy of your statement of work and subsequent unpaid invoice we can have that sent out to the email on file.
Once again, the introduction to the different financing options were dependent on the strength of your credit. Unfortunately, as you recall, your previous collections, the weakness of your rating and your lack of capital made it very difficult. We don't see how we could have possibly affected your credit any more than it already was. You were at the time already considering bankruptcy and moving to Costa Rica.
Jordan, we are deeply saddened to see that almost a year later you are still unwell and seemingly ruminating on the past. Maybe the help you need isn't financial but with your mental health? We're here to talk, if you need it.
