This company is an absolute scam, never sends you a test kit and doesn't reply to any of your emails, and doesn't answer your phone calls. Their scam is to take your money off your credit card and wait for you to leave the UK to avoid them being reported.

Paid got email with order number then nothing else cannot get in touch not replying to my email paid on my credit card so will stop payment.

I have been refused a refund for 2 pcr tests that I have paid over £100 for. Guidelines changed while I was abroad so I asked to be fully refunded as pcr tests for vaccinated people are now not mandatory. I was told to keep the tests for another day. I think this is disgraceful as a single mother who had to have major surgery abroad and I now have lost over £100 in tests that are still in a box that I could send back! I will be seeking legal advice.

This is what can only be described as a scam, promoted by the government! I've ordered and paid for a day 2 and day 8 PCR test and they have NEVER SENT the tests up to this day. They don't answer any phone calls or emails and refuse to refund the money.

Completely unreliable supplier and genuinely unacceptable customer service.

I purchased a day 2 test on 03 December 2021(Order RKCHT207) - the reference/ID number appeared to be invalid in the PLF, hence hours later (after this supplier being totally unresponsive by email and over the phone) I was forced to purchase another test from one of the credible suppliers included in the list of recommended ones by gov.uk, which thankfully worked perfectly and was also cheaper.

Since then, I’ve chased 01travetest for a refund via endless emails and calls. At some point they asked me to provide the proof of the second test’s purchase saying that they’d process my refund ASAP. I did so, I’ve sent another 3 emails on top of that and they just vanished.

PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM. It was simply loss of time and money - a true shame under these unprecedented times...

I ordered couple of day 2 and day 8 tests but received only 2 tests! Their phone can't be answered and they don't respond on emails!

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would!! Day 4 & still no test delivered. No answer to emails or phone calls. This company needs reporting, total scam. DO NOT USE THEM!!!

I am a GP and need to return to work ASAP. I therefore paid the extra to secure a 12 hour test result. Royal Mail confirm they delivered the packages yesterday, yet 01TraveTest's tracking states the lab has yet to receive it. They don't answer their 'phone. Don't use this company.

I never received my test. They have not replied to any if my emails. They will not take any phone calls either.

Do not use this company.

THE WORST COMPANY!!!!!!! DO NOT BUYING ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!! Terrible customer service. I signed up for the test because I was flying into London and the Government required me to sign up for a PRC test within 2 days of arrival. They say on the site the test will be 15 GBP but when I purchased it, they charged me 99 GBP. Because this is a test required by the UK, I went ahead and paid. 01Traveltest did not deliver until 10 days later. I repeatedly tried to reach them on the phone and send many emails informing them since they did not deliver the test when they said they would I had to get tested elsewhere in order to not break the law. I have spent at least 10 hours on the phone (international charges) trying to get a refund, I have waited hours and hours with no answer day after day. Even after I refused the delivery they delivered again days later by just leaving it outside the house. They still refuse to process the refund. These guys are crooks!!!!!!

Stay away from this company! It’s a fraud. They take your money but send you nothing. Despite emailing them numerous times, there is zero response. Still waiting to receive a day 2 test, and it’s day 4. How they can be government endorsed is a joke. Who vets these companies to supply and comply with government guidelines when they are clearly in breech. I have raised it with my bank who are investigating the transaction.

After 3 days still no sign of the test result and despite emailing no answer - it is a very bad service which I cannot recommend.

I never received the ordered kits. Shameful! No contact number no body replies email

The test arrived on day three after my arrival although I booked a week earlier. I am now on day six and still waiting for a result. With it being New Years day tomorrow and then a Sunday I don't have my hopes up to get a result before day ten but even if, it will have been a full week. I wish I had checked reviews before but I trusted the government approved company

Unresponsive, irresponsible.
Waste of money

Very bad experience. We were requested to pay extra fee for urgent delivery and we received the tests 4 days later than our arrival in the UK. One week later, after we posted our tests we still did not receive our results. We will leave the UK in a few days and we haven’t even received our results. We are supposed to self isolate during all this time. We would like to request full reimbursement of the 150£ we paid (for 2 people). We sent mails to the customer service and we have no response…

If I could give zero stars I certainly would. I booked and paid for 2 (day 2 ) PCR tests at a cost of £129.98 plus express delivery @ £15. This was paid for on the 20th Dec for the PCR tests to be taken on the 29th. Order #9552. Nothing has been delivered. Nobody has responded to my email. Nobody answers the published telephone number on their website. The UK government website that publishes and recommends this company needs to take this company off their website. Basically they have taken our money for nothing but the code to enter into the locator form. Obviously the government aren’t really concerned about providing a day 2 negative PCR result. So why are we paying for this?

I ordered my 2 day test seven days ago, I arrived 3 days ago to UK, according to Christmas delivery schedule, my test should arrive yesterday and I am still waiting for 3 days, I call you no answer, I send email and no response, no track number, no service...
