Avoid this company!
I ordered Covid tests for me and my fiancé 2 days before we arrived back in the uk. We are on day 5 now and nothing has arrived yet. Unfortunately we payed for the day 5 test to release. There is no phone number to contact and the parcel tracking doesn’t work. They have an email address which you can contact but I haven’t had a single response.
I don’t know how this company has been listed by the government. Avoid at all costs this company is a scam

Late delivery and poor customer support
Late delivery and only one email address to contact customer service (that does not reply).
Booked day 2 and 8 (and unfortunately also a day 5 for early release) with them one day before travelling back to UK and on day 4 after coming back I still don't know when I will get my parcels. Not sure how they made it into the list of recommended providers from the government.
