Terrible customer service, avoid buying from them if you can. None of their products come with instructions, nor do they have instructional videos anywhere on their website. Lots of other great companies like ARM making way better stuff!

I purchased a VRSF charge pipe for my BMW and the part would not fit properly. I spent a significant amount of time trying to install it and eventually contacted VRSF customer service for help.

It took 17 days to receive a response. When they finally responded, instead of helping troubleshoot the issue or offering an exchange/return, I was told I needed to provide a video proving that the charge pipe would not fit because their parts are CNC machined and essentially could not be manufactured incorrectly.

At that point I purchased a charge pipe from another manufacturer. The replacement part fit the car correctly without the problems I experienced with the VRSF pipe.

After the lack of timely support and the response I received, I decided it wasn't worth spending any more time dealing with the VRSF part and discarded it.

The most disappointing part wasn't simply that a part didn't fit — manufacturing or fitment problems can happen. It was taking 17 days to respond to a customer and then approaching the issue as though the product couldn't possibly be the problem rather than trying to help resolve it.

Based on my experience, I would not purchase from VRSF again.

Ghosted by customer service after receiving a damaged intercooler and trying to return or exchange it. It’s to the point that the transaction is in dispute with my card company and the BBB. Check out their complaints on the BBB website before ordering from them.

No exchange no refund no live representative over all just the most unpleasant customer service

STEER CLEAR AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. the only thing lower quality than their products is their customer service. all automated robots or chats. no actual people. this is the equivalent of a drop shipping scheme for car parts. i was dumb enough to get fooled by their bottom of the barrel prices thinking they might be reputable. double charged for my order and immediately told there's nothing they can do about it. unless you want to pay $750 for a 5.5" intercooler that's listed for 350, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

they double charged me for an intercooler and despite reaching out to them within minutes they argued that the order had already been processed and id need to pay a 25% restocking fee despite the fact that it was their poor website that double charged me. incredibly unprofessional Florida based company with teenagers running the show

Terrible customer service.email support more like garbage chatbot support. Phone support Won’t answer after the run around game you end up with a prompt telling you to leave ur name and phone number that you will get a “call back”. Thieves not only do they say they keep 25% for reimbursement fee??? But it was actually 37% I payed 316$ and only received 196$ back. They claim free shipping but if you return the item back they deduct that from your return as well. Plus i had to payed 40$ to ship it back. Insane work

Affordable performance parts and upgrades... what more can you ask for? The customer service is great, the shipping is quick, packaging is amazing, and the quality of the parts is on top. I ordered a charge pipe for my F25 X3 with the N55 after the oem one exploded, and this upgrade was well worth it. Much easier to install, extremely high quality, affordable, and does feel a bit more responsive. I can't wait to see what my N55 can do when I get the downpipe from them.

The provided bolts for my charge pipe did not fit the thread, causing them to get stuck several times until they eventually broke. When I contacted customer service to request a return, they informed me that there was nothing they could do to return the item. I simply wanted a working product, but they denied my request. Very bad customer service and terrible product.

I’m still waiting for them to refund me my money to the original payment source they chose to give me a store credit when I wasn’t informed that’s what was going to happen I did everything correctly sent the items back in a timely manner when they originally approved the refund they only gave me partial and now I have to chance them down to get my money back this company is horrible

We placed an order at 4:45 on a Thursday, and we paid an additional $78.43 for Overnight Delivery.

We received a message on Friday confirming arrival for Monday.

When I contacted VRSF, they responded defensively. I recommended they add clearer shipping information to their order form, to increase transparency and help customers make informed decisions.

Sent the wrong exhaust and will not respond to repeated outreach.

Website was easy to navigate and the Item was deliverd on time. The item is a a christmas gift that my grandson asked for specifically.

Good part, fits well. I found the signature requirement on the delivery to be really annoying. Had to sit at home all day and wait for FedEx to arrive. Seems like more of a protection for their business at the cost of customer experience. Don’t wanna hear how it protects both parties because I really don’t care, it’s a downpipe not jewelry or a laptop.
