I bought a fitting for hipressure washer and toolworld confirmed delivery a few days later. when the date passed and i had not recived my order i asked when i would recive and got no reply after waiting a few weeks i informed them that i wanted to cancel the order and then they suddenly delivered the item but i had allready bought elsewhere. They have now reacted after 3 weeks and I have now finally recived a refund of return of my order
So we are ok but very long response time

Very very unprofessional company.
I have made an order where they say delivery is 1-2 days. After 4 days I wrote an email asking them when the order will be delivered but I got no answer. So I wrote them again to cancel the order since I had time buy the items from another place. Still no response and now 2 weeks after they send me the order and charge me the money.

Customer service is 0 in this company.

Stay away from them.

After 8 days of ordering the product I still don't have any tracking details or my package which supposed to come 1-3 days! Johan replied to my email after he saw my previous review and he promised me to send me the tracking number same day, but I still don't have it.
If you need to buy something fast don't buy it from this website, because you will wait and wait.

I made a review where I’m pointing out the problem with the delivery from your website not the product :) it’s more like update.

Unfortunately, I needed the tools faster than Toolworld could restock. They wrote me a polite e-mail explaining the situation.

I received all of the items requested, one day after the initially stated delivery date. Everything was as expected. Would purchase from Toolworld again.

I am happy that I got the delivery the second day of placing the order. Thanks for being efficient.

I got al the products I wanted. Although one of them out of 20 approx. got delayed. They didn't charge me for it obviously.
I call them and inmediately they informed me that their supplier fail to then. Now I am still waiting for it. But they call me on Friday to say that next week I will have my sav with no extra change for the extra delivery.
An aplause for the people that makes mistakes and knows and do correct them. We are always going to make them.
