Isn’t there a lower than one score? I have been dealing with this company for 10 days now at least over a package and I’m pretty sure I caught them because I saved a lot of chats. It seems to be well scripted so on every single call I was transferred from Support to delivery. I think that’s what it was to billing. Don’t know why was basically the same answer so either this is some type of AI bought or there’s one person who just keeps hitting buttons that look like you’ve been transferred but actually it’s the same person. As I told them it would make a great SNL comedy routine awful still don’t have my package and they said they don’t know the name of the carrier what

LOVE this company. Have been with them for about 2 years and used them 6 - 8x, always with excellent results. I love that I can be connected to them immediately these days - used to be a scheduled time, which was fine also. Those went through chat. Last 2 times I've called (no chat), I've been connected to a person who connected me to a technician and a bit later, problem solved. Reputable, consistently good, trustworth, effective. THANKFUL i have a reputable place to turn that I know will deliver results - the big box store team wasn't so great and was also expensive with iffy results. Local companies - no telling. For Support.com I used to just pay the $49.95 when I called but then had a couple issues in a row and decided to keep the monthly. Today the guy suggested I use the monthly support to actually call monthly and have them do a regular system check. Excellent idea!

My tech was fast and professional. He helped me with my problems on my computer. I give him a 5 star because he really cared to help me fix the problem and help me get my computer working again.

Jamie was very patient. After fixing the issues, she double checked the results. A wonderful experience.

The technician solved a problem that a number of other technicians had been unable to solve. The problem was that my Dell XPS 8910 was freezing up about 10 minutes after each time it was started.
