The booking process is confusing because you are quoted a price for the auschwa journey and then when you put in the return you are sent back to the auschwood journey with a different price easy-to-use but it is a pity that the prices of the crossing put people off coming to the island

The Isle of Man is no longer accessible
The ferry to the Isle of Man used to go regularly from Liverpool twice daily. There was no ferry on a Friday morning when I wanted to travel so I had to travel on the following day. Heysham is the most inconvenient port to travel from. It’s too far from everywhere and rail connections are almost impossible

Ben is just horrible to travel on...
I booked a seat in the Ben my Cree lounge and was filling out all the info on the form -and then suddenly was kicked out of the system and told I was taking too long!!! I wasn't taking my time at all, just completing the online form as per usual. When I went back in immediately after, the seat I had booked, was now reading reserved. I kept going back into the system just in case there was a delay with releasing the seat, in case it still was registering it as taken from my previous visit, but never it never became available again. So I am assuming someone else booked it. That shouldn't happen. BTW the Ben my Cree - is awful to travel on. The niarbyl lounge is freezing and cigarette smoke is still wafting in from the deck. The cafe area is cramped and only has artificial lighting now. Its awful. Manxman please every time, more choice, comfort and space.

I paid for Premium Lounge only to find that the 13 amp charging point was on the other side of my table seat and unreachable. Otherwise the table service was good
