Celplas PVC Ltd Reviews 

Overall panels look great in a retrofit insulation/cladding job for the conservatory. A few were damaged but on the upper side of the groove section so hidden, and one panel was dimpled - but I was one panel over in the end so didn't need to use it. A bit of a shame the courier service/packing isn't more secure, hence 4 stars, otherwise very good, swift delivery and a transformative product.

We had an issue with some boards we bought for outside that faded far more than it should have done but after an email to merely inform the company of it they said they would replace it and couldn’t apologise or help enough, we have bought for the bathroom before they have been super helpful and we are so grateful for their help recently, thankyou Paul in customer service. The staffs are super professional and helpful. They gave me a call to confirm the details and make sure what I’ve ordered are the right materials. Unfortunately, one item was damaged during delivery. They quickly resolved this in a professional manner. I will certainly order from them again and recommend this company. Thank you :)

Bathroom ceiling cladding
This company has exceeded my expectations , the cladding they suggested is quality and perfect. From ordering to arrival its been 10/10 .The cladding was packaged well and arrived super quick. If you do require any bathroom cladding do not go anywhere else

After trawling the internet for some PVC cladding and being let down by other companies, I tried Celplas and I couldn't be happier. they have a great range and have it in stock. The prices are competitive. I ordered on the 29th and it was on my doorstep 2 days later in good packaging and in perfect condition. could not comment on customer service as I did not need to contact them, but mine was a 100% positive experience. Would recommend Celplas without hesitation.

Excellent service deserves excellent review. Contacted the company for information before placing my order and was answered immediatly with what I wanted to know. Very competitive pricing too. The delivery was faster than I was expecting as I said there was no rush for it.A slight problem (scratched gutter) was replaced the same day. Happy customer.

Went to celplas for the first time the guy behind counter was constantly dropping the f bomb at least 10 times in 5 minutes i found it funny but he is clearly having a breakdown.

I have twice been lately to Celplas where the first time the owner or manager whichever he is had me stood whilst waiting in the middle of my order to talk to the sales staff who are always very helpful, gong on about something but today when I went the same very rude man started swearing using the f word in front of customers and me who had a small child with me which I find totally unacceptable.

After years of using this company i had a cladding board I had bought and wanted to swap for a different colour, this board had not even been unloaded since purchasing it but was told I had bent it and they would no swap it. Bye bye celpas hello Eurocell.

Product may be good when I receive it ! It was dispatched on 26th may but still not received a delivery date ! I understand the current problem with covid but theres no communication and zero customer service on a £1200 order ! Very bad

Outstanding service staff very knowledgable and fantastically priced products

Found Celplas on the internet and ordered some samples online. When they did not arrive I rang them and was told them that they had been sent. When they still did not arrive my wife rang them and was told they would be here within 4-5 days. Two weeks later still no samples. To me the service was very poor I will be warning my friends not to even attempt to use them. What a way to run a business. However have found an extremely helpful company in Wales called Easy Panels.My order will be here next week.

In 2018 I purchased PVC shower panels with a 10 year guarantee on the product, less than 18 months later the product failed with the lacquer peeling off leaving the shower cubical looking atrocious. When I complained to the company they blamed my choice of cleaning product which was a standard cleaning product nothing special purchased from a supermarket. I have now been left with a very expensive bill to replace there shoddy product.

What a super product and an exceptional company. We didn't open our boards for three weeks and should have checked within 24 hours. After checking two were damaged I emailed on 13/11/2018 received a phone
call the following morning and after sending proof of damage via email we were sent two panels next day. Customer service second to none other companies should take note. A very modern product with old fashioned service. By the way our bathroom looks amazing . Thx Lynn and Andrew Bailey
