Don't try this, it's a scam

Just so you know, the Hotbot AI assistant app or on the Google site cannot respond to messages when I send them. It just gives me a white screen, it doesn't show me anything else, unacceptable.

We contacted them last Monday (12/06/23) because we had logging issues, till today we are still waiting to get a response. If customer support is not available for clients what is the point of using it. Just want to cancel and get refund even pro-rata is good.

I signed up totally by accident, trying to download APCOA parking app. There’s no way to cancel and it seems I’m now in a subscription for something I don’t want or need. No support etc - all via an app that send you round in circles. Do not use.

I was reluctant to try Hotbot in the beginning but a friend of mine recommended it to me. So far the results have been great. Super fast and surprisingly works with a bunch of streaming platforms even though they don't mention it on the website. You have to try different cities but it works. That was a nice bonus.

Its good exprriant make things easyar i hope can make more improvement next time.

I am a medicine student and am not very familiar with all this stuff. I am often using my laptop in cafes and other public places. I heard you are supposed to use a VPN service in such cases due to some security issues. I didn't know what it means and my laptop always worked so I didn't care about that much. One day my email got hacked. Not only I lost access to all my files I need for studying, but somebody sent VERY embarassing messages to my friends and even worse, uni professors! I never shared my password with anybody. My friend told me that with my public internet use habits most likely led me to that problem. After that I took it very seriously. I was recommended HotBot VPN by a few people, because it's very simple to use for non tech savvy persons. I gave it a try and it's just as simple as clicking a "connect" button and it's done! I am a daily user since two months and never had any issues since. The peace of mind that I have now is worth the premium subscription! Thank you Hotbot team!
