Placed an order on the 18th of July 2026.

For over a month my order was not in.

I followed up on my order and was told they had stock issues.

I saw this same product available on their website on the 28th of August 2026.

Sent them an email for an update on my order and was told the same story- stock issues. How is that possible??

Requested for order cancellation and a refund. Avoid them!!

They are running many websites online Scamming people This is run by Scammers pretending to sell u products but after u pay they demand £500 u to pay them very aggressively and threatening don’t give u refund just take ur money then want more everything is untrue all Fake and Dangerous!and they have other site I will report doing same thing! I ordered Mounjaro from this online pharmacy. The package arrived in less than 24 hours, which was really impressive. The packaging was careful and secure, and the product was well protected. Everything went smoothly, from payment to delivery.
I highly recommend this service for its reliability and speed.

Absolutely poor service. Placed an order on the 19th May, still not received a single notification that it has even been shipped. It’s been over two weeks now. I’ve contacted their customer services several times and no response.

Please refund me my money, my Order is #1341.

The products are exactly what I ordered and so I am happy. My experience was a little unusual in that I was caught up in a scam by Evri postal services.
I reached out to Essentials by email, who replied very quickly confirming that they only used Royal Mail and not Evri. Essentials provided a tracking link in order that I could safely monitor the arrival of my goods and continued in email communication until the goods arrived. So nice to have a human to communicate with. I would use their services again.

Website was easy to navigate and found exactly what I wanted. One of the products turned out to be out of stock and I received an e-mail offering me an alternative or a refund for the missing product. I replied and my refund was processed straight away and the rest of my order dispatched. Excellent customer service. Would highly recommend shopping with Essentials.
