1 star as cannot give 0

1 star as cannot give 0. Sent broken phones and then blamed us for breaking them. Why would we? They need investigated. Warranty isn't worth anything. Stealing money from people. Disgraceful.

disgusting service potential buyers beware

Disgusting after sales service. In fact no after sales service. Had to give them one star as no option to rate less. Purchased an I-helicopter throuth KGB Deals (who by the way are equally as bad). I-helicopter which apparantly normally retails at £100??? was on offer through KGB deal for the price of £29.99 plus additional P&P just before christmas. Absolute Rubbish Product!!! If they were giving these things away free, I wouldn't take them up on the offer. Gyro broke within minutes of use and was unusable. Was given a point of contact for digital deals which I duly emailed, several times I might add because until today (31 Jan 2012) I had received no reply or even an acknowledgement. Eventually got a reply offering to replace product on this occassion as a gesture of goodwill on receipt of returned product. I sent an email reply in respect and again I wait. Put it like this I wont be holding my breath! Not worth the bother. However, I wont be dealing with either of these companies again and my advise would be stay well away. Disgusting Service and very disappointing.

BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Please if you would like to buy an item that comes as descibed and you want it to arrive in the time that they company states, do yourself a favour and stay way from this company!
I ordered something from them on the 22nd December 2011 and after contacting Digital Deals and Paypal the item was evedntually posted out on the 18th January 2012!
I am still waiting for an email or telephone call from them to expain what happened with my order!
When the item finally arrived today it wasn't what I ordered. I have again contacted paypal and Digital Deals and am waiting for a response.....wish me luck, I think I'm going to need it!
I'm very disappointed and annoyed to say the least.
