I first met Kevin at a show last year, where he upgraded two decoders in my Class 156. This year, he did another while-you-wait decoder install on my Class 91. My local model shop uses him, and he’s helped me swap out a number of HM7000s for sound-fitted ESU setups. Great quality.

He’s patient and explains everything clearly, even to a novice. He stocks a great range of Layout Concept and TrainTech items at reasonable prices. Can’t wait to add more pieces to my layout from DCC Coastal.

Have used Coastal DCC a few times now, Kevin is very helpful and has a great deal of knowledge. I've rung him a few times and he's always been very helpful as I am still new to the DCC world, supplies really great decoders, these have wonderful sound quality, made a lot of different to my Dapol O gauge 14xx. Highly recommend this great model railway shop.

Can't praise Kevin highly enough. I had a issue with an existing controller and Kev could not have been more helpful, even though in the grand scheme of things it was only a very small inexpensive item which I required they could not do enough to help and make sure I ordered the correct parts to help sort my problem. Will definitely be my "go to" shop for anything in future.

Purchased on several occasions from Coastal DCC, on an event and by mail. Always quick service and very knowledgable. A company with only a few reviews normally does a good job, as mainly unhappy customers are more motivated to express their emotions. So I thought this time it's time to let the world know this company is trusted in my experience, if you were in doubt.

Delivered next day all items as ordered. A small issue arose with a blown fuse. Email response immediate and spares in the post.
