We're sorry that you have experienced a problem. When ordering, it is critical that you read the description of the item and understand what you are buying. In this case you ordered a replacement BODY part for a Braun shaver. As indicated, it is a replacement PART and the description states that it is to be used with your existing shaver head, cord etc.

What else can I say. They had the part I needed (Retainer) for a rather old Norelco Philips Electric Shaver. The part arrived in less than a week and now I have a functional shaver again. Thanks

I was able to find and purchase the genuine original Philips Norelco SH91 Replacement Shaver Heads which I had been looking for for my rotary razor. Lately, they seem to have been difficult to come by, and Shaver Outlet had the original replacements. Very satisfied with the entire transaction and fast delivery time.
