Sizing, not your fault
I loved the shoes, and they were what I ordered, However, they are too big and too wide, not your fault. NewB must have changed the sizes.

Was able to find the shoes, the shoes were supposed to show but UPS had been so terrible, luckily the services were able to help get sorted out and my shoes were delivered

Great Service!
The best service I've experienced in a long time!
I live in The Netherlands and they sell Altra shoes only at one place at the other side of the country. Because of that I decided to try it in a different way.
I've been ordering the new Escalante 2.0 at Schuhdealer a couple of weeks ago because I wasn't sure if it would fit. When the shoes arrived I noticed that both 42.5 (my size for other shoes) and 43 were too small. After sending a mail to Schuhdealer, they responded very fast that I can send both pairs back to try another pair in a different size. They advised me to try a pair of 44.5 which is 1 cm bigger than the 43. I did and they fit perfectly!

Delivery only took 3 days from Germany to Denmark!
