Avoid this company

My experience with 1 Answer Insurance has been extremely disappointing.

Before my policy started, I realised it did not provide the cover I needed for food and parcel delivery.

I contacted the company several times by phone and email requesting that my policy be amended or cancelled.

I was repeatedly told someone would contact me within a few days, but no one ever did.

As I received no help, I emailed to cancel the policy and requested a refund of the £100 deposit.

Instead of resolving the issue, they kept my deposit, cancelled the policy themselves, then sent me a letter demanding even more money, including a cancellation fee and additional charges.

I have email evidence showing I asked to cancel because the policy did not meet my requirements and that I tried to resolve the matter before the policy took effect. Despite this, I was left out of pocket and treated unfairly.

I was dealing with Arjun Viswanathan, who acknowledged my request, but unfortunately nothing was resolved despite multiple attempts to contact the company.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I've had. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to read the terms carefully and think twice before taking out a policy.

I had a great experience with Josh. He took time to listen to me and was very reassuring. He treated me as a person not like some other places where you are just another statistic. He reassured me I eould only be speaking with him and kept his word and phoned me back. Excellent customer service fron Josh.

Everything was explained clearly and wasn't misleading
The price was good and charged sensible interest for paying monthly.
Only slight criticism is the other broker charges are a little high and a lot of them
Josh was great person to deal with and got things done as quickly as possible

Same drivers same policy- you have all our details why do we have to repeat the process of sending you our drivers license???

The time taken to explain and ensure I understood and had all the relevant information I needed to complete my quotation. The time frame was alot quicker than expected and when I had to change the date and other details it was done without any issue.

From initial contact with TOM what was a problem was no longer a problem as Tom was professional and timeous through out , getting a very competitive quote and getting us across the line excellent service thank you Tom
