terrible help
I traded with IG for a few months. I wasnt a fan of their platform at all its really slow and laggy at times, so I tried my MT4 acc that i opened with them.. invalid login over and over i messaged the twitter help and they said they didnt understand the problem, absolutely terrible. My last request for help was on the 2nd of may 2020 and they didn't even bother replying until I told them i was changing broker because their help was pathetic. it took them 23 days :) awesome. money came out in 3 days after withdrawal but they wouldnt send it into my back only onto the exact card i deposited with, lucky i didnt lose it or id be stuck with alot of money in a awful broker.

We apologise for the experience you've had with us. Most of the time emails are responded to in 24 hours. Further to this, we have an inhouse technical team to help with MT4 queries.
Recently due to volatility we've been very busy and haven't been able to get back to everyone as fast as we want.
With regards to withdrawals we allow clients to send funds back to different sources but we follow anti-money laundering policies in line with our regulators.
