Spreads wider than the market rate. Extremely high fees (they have the balls to charge you for doing nothing). Non existent customer service and a very glitchy market screen. No way of closing an account at your own discretion. Avoid.
Having held an account with them through the pandemic market crash the accrued charges were eye watering. These guys are a last resort for any private investor who intends to trade rather than invest.

With our CFD accounts we have adjusted spred but only when the underlying markets have moved and we in turn have has to widen them. Once these spreads have tightened we have tightened them also.
I assume the fee you're referring to is our quarterly non-leveraged fee. This is something that can be reduced by trading 3 times within the three months. This fee rolled out recently but we reduced our commission charges for share dealing so client are able to trade with less cost. Some off these reduced charges include having $0 commission for US shares.
